The temperature control in my room was unsatisfactory. it seemed incredibly cold and barely adjusted despite waiting hours. the absence of basic amenities like a bottle of water in a high-priced room left me frustrated.

The quirky room decor made my stay standout, while the comfortable bed ensured a restful night after exploring Rotterdam.

the room was super comfy with air conditioning and a nice shower. there were towels and shampoo provided. An electric kettle for tea and coffee. the breakfast spread was huge, offering fresh croissants and healthy options. nice to see plants in the lobby and a peaceful vibe throughout the hotel. loved the comfy bed!
